Dog Happy Hour
Bring your dog to The Aldrich for this very special Happy Hour!
On Friday, August 22, Ridgefield Operation Animal Rescue (ROAR) will be at the Museum with dogs available for adoption. Meet the adoptable dogs, have a drink, and socialize in the company of some very good dogs and their humans!
Get creative by decorating a bandana for your furry friend at our outdoor art-making station.
Curatorial and Publications Manager, Caitlin Monachino, will be on-site selling her coloring book Rescue Dogs, featuring her own rescue dog, Ember, as well as dog-themed cookies from CM Cookies! All proceeds from the sales of coloring books and cookies will be donated to ROAR.
Please note that dogs must remain on a leash and outdoors at all times; pets are not permitted in the Museum building. Please consider your dog’s comfort and behavior in social settings with other dogs.
In the event of inclement weather, the festivities will be moved indoors – celebrate your dog in spirit and leave them at home.
